Hereinafter, “PRRR Studio”, “we” or “the Controller”.

Through the contact form

When users voluntarily provide it through the “Let’s start” form, we collect:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Company or brand.
• Message content.

Through analytics and advertising technologies

The Website provides separate consent categories for analytics and marketing. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are blocked by default and load only when the user accepts the corresponding category. They may process browsing and event data, approximate location information and technical browser or device data. The application does not send them names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, messages or form values. Google Ads, Meta Advanced Matching and Conversions API are not active. We process the data you provide through the contact form to:

• Answer enquiries and requests for commercial information about our services.
• Manage any commercial relationship arising from the contact.
• Send information about our services where you expressly request it.

If you accept analytics or marketing, browsing data may be used to measure Website use, campaign performance and conversions, and to build remarketing audiences. Any advertising profiling requires prior consent and is not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

The legal basis for handling the contact form is taking pre-contractual steps requested by the individual when submitting an enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, consent for expressly requested communications (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The legal basis for processing through Google Analytics 4 or Meta Pixel is consent given through the Website settings panel (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Article 22(2) LSSI-CE).

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hola@prrrstudio.es or, for optional technologies, through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Raw form submissions are retained in Netlify Forms for no longer than 90 days. Unqualified enquiries are deleted within 30 days after closure. Where a qualified commercial conversation exists, the minimum contact data may be retained for up to 12 months from the last meaningful interaction so the request can be followed up. If a contractual relationship is formed, necessary records are retained for applicable legal, tax or defence-of-claims periods. Spam and tests are deleted once verified. You may request earlier erasure where no legal obligation or legitimate reason requires retention.

Your data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The following providers are involved in operating the form and hosting the Website:

• Netlify, Inc., as hosting platform, Netlify Forms processing service and spam-filtering provider.
• Google Analytics 4, for Website analytics when the user accepts analytics.
• Meta Pixel, for advertising measurement, attribution and audiences when the user accepts marketing.

International data transfers

Using providers established or operating infrastructure outside the European Economic Area may involve international transfers. These must rely on an applicable adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where relevant, or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether the Controller processes personal data concerning them. Individuals may:

• Access their personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure when the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
• Object to processing.
• Request data portability.

You may exercise these rights by emailing hola@prrrstudio.es, identifying the right you wish to exercise and providing the information needed to verify your identity.

You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe that processing does not comply with applicable law.

The personal data we process comes from the individual through the Website contact form.

The Controller has adopted technical and organisational measures designed to secure personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks involved.

The Controller may amend this policy to reflect legislative or case-law developments, changes to processing or providers, or industry practice. Where necessary, changes will be announced on this page with reasonable notice before they take effect.
