1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Cookies and similar technologies can remember preferences, enable technical website functions, analyse how visitors use a site or display more relevant advertising on this and other websites.

2. Types of cookies we use

Prrrstudio.es distinguishes the following categories according to purpose:

Technical or necessary: enable the Website to function, remember settings requested by the user and protect the form from abuse. They do not require consent.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 measures visits, pages and interactions to evaluate and improve the Website. It requires prior consent.
Advertising and remarketing: Meta Pixel measures visits and confirmed enquiries, attributes campaign results and may support advertising audiences. It requires prior consent.

3. Technologies used on this Website

The following table reflects the current technical configuration, including browser local storage. Local storage is not a cookie but provides a similar persistence function:

Integrated third-party services

Netlify Forms: processes contact-form submissions and applies anti-spam measures. It is not used for audience analytics.
Google Analytics 4: receives pages and interactions without values entered in the form. It loads only with analytics consent.
Meta Pixel: receives PageView and confirmed Lead events without Advanced Matching, Conversions API or form values. It loads only with marketing consent.
Instagram previews: never load automatically. Each reel connects to Instagram only after the user selects “Load from Instagram” following the visible notice. The action is limited to that content and connects the browser to Meta/Instagram, which may receive technical data and apply its own technologies and policies.
Fonts: Anton, Space Grotesk and Inter are served from the same domain; the Website does not connect to Google Fonts to load them.

Google Ads, Meta Advanced Matching and Conversions API are not active. The Website does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company names, messages or form values to Google Analytics or Meta.

4. Legal basis and consent

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies will not be installed until the user gives express consent through the settings panel, in accordance with Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR. Strictly necessary technologies are used to provide functions requested by the user and protect the service.

Accept all optional categories.
Reject all non-essential categories.
Configure analytics and marketing separately.

Consent can be withdrawn or changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal blocks new transmissions and the Website attempts to remove known first-party cookies for that category; you can also delete them through your browser.

5. International data transfers

Google Analytics, Meta and Netlify may involve processing by entities or infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. International transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where relevant, or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How to manage, reject or withdraw consent

You can manage your preferences in several ways:

Website panel: open “Cookie settings” in the footer to accept, reject or change your preferences.
Browser: you can block or delete cookies and local storage through browser settings.

Blocking or deleting optional technologies does not prevent essential Website functions, but it prevents the corresponding Google Analytics or Meta measurement. Deleting necessary preferences may cause the Website to ask for certain choices again.

7. Updates to this policy

This Cookie Policy will be reviewed whenever a storage, analytics, advertising or measurement tool is added, changed or removed. We recommend checking it periodically.
